Good afternoon

Took youngest to Manchester in the afternoon, or rather she took me as the purpose was for her to find some confidence in getting around on her own. She booked her own train ticket, practiced using her phone map to navigate & even bought her mom a coffee in Afflecks Palace sat at the funky table top in my blip. They also had a Nintendo Wii on hand stacked with games but we couldn't get any to load so just chatted away for a good half hour instead.

Afterwards she asked to visit Primark so we did, having a good trying on sesh before returning to the train station. Piccadilly was predictably busy at 5pm so we found somewhere quiet to sit upstairs until our train arrived. She was pretty frazzled by the time we got home but after a tough week she had a good couple of hours and am proud of how well she handled herself.
