Quite A Busy Day

Early webinar on long term care insurance...good grief that was pretty depressing. Then headed over to the Orenco Woods Nature Park about 10 minutes from my house. I've posted about it before. Sweet place to walk with great bridges. It's close to the grocery store I go to on Wednesdays to take advantage of the senior discount :-) 

I quick stop at home for lunch and then a fabulous massage, followed by a Pilates class. Now I'm quite ready to rest!

The ultrasound yesterday was totally normal, which is a huge relief. I'll have them every year now just to keep an eye on things.
