Both F'ers exhausted from yesterday so we had a quiet day cleaning the house and eating. Made it up the park to tire them out some more.

Had a bit of drama this evening when F1 pushed F2 down the stairs (top to bottom). He's fine, though I will do the standard concussion checks through the night as he did smack his head on the floor. I think F1 scared himself and learned his lesson as he sat petrified at the top knowing that what he did was very stupid indeed.
