Sunset

When I got up this morning, the sky was clear and I stepped outside to get a few photos of the full moon. I had planned to use one of them for my blip today. Then when I came home from work this afternoon some of my fall crocus were blooming, so I stepped back outside with me camera for a photo, and I thought I would use it instead of the moon. Then this happened tonight, a gorgeous sunset. Red sky at night, and the forecast is for good weather for several days and above normal temperatures over the weekend.

The job continued to go well today. The pathway is finished. Tomorrow more gravel arrives so we can finish the parking space.

But drivers are so impatient. There is a new apartment building going up kitty corner to where we are working. The traffic control people were not very busy yesterday, but today there were several trucks coming and going so traffic was down to one way on both streets. Several times, a car that would be stopped about 4 or 5 cars back from the traffic control person would start beeping their horn. I don't know where these people expected the cars in front of them to go. If they were in that big of a hurry they should have taken a side street.

I had rented a dump bin yesterday and the guy came this morning to pick it up. When he pulled out onto the street with it, there was a woman on a bicycle right there. I had to tell her to move back because the truck had to back up to get into the lane without the pylons. People in that area are in too much of a hurry, whether they are driving, walking or cycling.
