Iarnaigeadh !

I sometimes think I spend more time thinking about doing the ironing than actually doing it.  The pile here has been lying on the bed in the spare room (which doubles as my office) for nearly a week now. I am pleased to report it is no longer there :-).

This morning I went for my usual Friday swim and - shock ! horror ! - did not take a picture (hence the ironing). It was lovely catching up with my fellow swimmers in the afterwards and I even got to hold our youngest member - a seventh month old baby who regularly accompanies her mother (not into the water I hasten to add). 

The afternoon I started work on the second module of An Cùrsa Adhartais. It feels like we have stepped up a gear - lots of idioms involving single and double negatives to get our heads around plus the future tense of irregular verbs.  All good fun :-)
