Icktjärn (Ick Tarn)

We were in Kramfors today, for a preliminary chat with our favourite car-dealer about what to do in March, when the leased car we have now has to be handed back.
When we walked out we had bought an electric Kia and will do the deal at the end of November.
This wasn't our plan, but it wasn't a total surprise either. On a previous occasion we went in to buy a windscreen wiper, and came out with a new car!
We've been buying cars there for about 18 years and we've always had excellent service and never felt ripped off. We have had problems of course, but they were always handled professionally and we nearly always walked away satisfied. The people who work there, mechanics (sorry, now they are technicians!), receptionists, sales have all worked there for many years - definitely a sign of a stable, quality business.
So where does Icktjärn come into the picture? Well, we had to test drive the car and since we live by a gravel road we needed to do some forest driving. So we headed to the nature reserve at Ick Tarn. I thought Jan may have been taking her blip, so I grabbed a snap of her taking the photo. The water was very still, and the reflections beautiful.
The road there was very squishy (extra), with lots of ruts, so it was a good test, which the car passed easily. I had a slight guilty conscience about driving away in a showroom polished car and returning it covered in mud, but Thomas (sales) took it in his stride. I don't suppose he has to wash the cars!
PS Once again a two-blip day as I loaded up yestersay's and today's blip.
