Autumn on the edge of the garden

Anther day when I stayed home. 
I spent a fair bit of time outside, doing some electrical work on some outdoor sockets, and taking away a switch which is now redundant. I've also been laying down the wire around the edge of the lawn that keeps the robomower in the desired area. This turns out to be a more complicated job than I thought it was, but it's going well now and another two or three hours will see it finished.
Exactly a year ago today this area had its first real fall of snow and the world turned white. This year it's too warm (8 - 11°C) to snow and in the middle of the day, when I took the blipped photo, we had a period of blue sky and sun. All rather pleasant for being outside.
