This little piggy

Despite feeling a bit of a porker after the week's holiday excesses, had to go The Spotted Pig in Greenwich village for lunch as have wanted to go for ages. Loved it - great vibe, decor and food. Shared an amazing burger and a cubano sandwich with the fella but walked miles and miles including the high line so not feeling too bad.

As well as eating managed another of my favourite pastimes, shopping. Timed it perfectly as is the last day of the sale at one of my top NY stores and everything in the sale had an extra 40% off. Was fairly restrained considering and 'only' bought a dress, some trousers, a blazer, a T-shirt, a jumper, a skirt and a bracelet! But trust me the prices were ridiculous. Annoyingly they left a security tag on so need to go back to get sorted. Must not be tempted to buy more when go back.

Heading out to dinner (more food - help!) with Em soon. P isn't allowed out as he has a dissertation o write so just the 3 of us. Last day of hols tomorrow so will make the most of it.
