Trees in Fairmilehead Park
A nice start to the day. Sunny and a day off work. A walk around the park, blip shows the trees on the west side of the park. Put away some clean clothes that had been piling up in the bedroom. And all before morning coffee. After coffee, clouds moved in on an increasing wind, a precursor to Storm Ashley, die to hit Scotland on Sunday. Did a bit of photo editing and a bit of clearing up of magazines.
Really dark in the afternoon, so partner and I popped on the bus to Newington. We can't believe just how dark it is. Looking west, we can see brightness on the horizon, so the sun must still be up. We visited several charity shops. Then to a café for Friday coffee and cake. The rain waited until we got home and dry. A wet evening.
