Trees in Fairmilehead Park

A lovely sunny start to the day today. Looks like there may be some rain showers, but hoping the washing can dry a good deal outside before any rain showers arrive. A nice walk around the park, it feels very warm in the sunshine. The lull before the storm. Worried when an email arrived saying our grocery delivery wont have any fridge items. Thankfully the email for our shopping says all items are available. Speaking to the delivery driver, turns out the glitch was a computer one, not a fridge one. 

A nice walk down to Morningside to get weekend groceries. It really warms up  as we head downhill. We visit a couple of charity shops on the way. When we get home, we have to wait in for a parcel delivery. The parcel that arrives is not the one that was being expected, but a smaller one that fits through the letterbox. So we head out after coffee for a wee walk around the park in the sunshine. We wont have many more chances to do that with the clocks going back next weekend. 

A wet evening. Watched a bit of Strictly, The Wheel and The Voice before starting to watch Apples Never Fall.
