Miserable day!
rain and cloud and cold, cold wind...
It must get better!

At 8:30 my mountains were not visible at all. Rain  was pouring down  and it was not a good day to head out into. 

I left my Australian friend sound asleep. I had duties at the office this morning for a couple of hours. Off I went. 

I came back home to find a lovely gift bag waiting on the dining room table for me. My Australian friend brought me two wooden mushrooms handcrafted from Australian wood - ebony and sandalwood. A lovely papercut peacock card complimented the gift. My daughter will no doubt be the keeper of this card because she adores peacocks. 

We're in for this miserable day, chatting with coffee and catching up with each other.
