Got It!

The last two weeks of July are when the bulk of the red salmon (Sockeye) run up the Kenai River from the North Pacific, through Cook Inlet, up the Kenai River to their spawning grounds. It's a crazy fishing time here. This guy was netting the salmon for the fisherman next to him.
