Pig Roast

I will NOT blip about fish today.

We attended an annual pig/turkey/beef BBQ that a friend hosts every summer. He cooks all the meat on spits over an open wood fire and all the guests bring the side dishes. This is the sacrificial pig, and they are pulling all the meat off and tasting little tidbits along the way!
