Tis the season

... to take vine photos. Another lovely day, so I went for a podcast walk. I'm sure I must have blipped this view before -- it's the high point of my regular walk before I turn downhill -- but it changes with the seasons. Compositionally it owes a lot to yesterday's blip :)

In other news we are rather anxiously following news from Cuba. A holiday in a country with no electricity supply doesn't sound great ... It's so depressing that Cuba is unable to capitalise on its natural advantages (sunshine to produce solar power, for example) or even renew its creaking infrastructure, largely because of brutal US sanctions. And it's the Cuban population who suffer.
