The Calm after The Storm
Spent a couple of hours this morning on admin. I’ve finally finished closing down the company accounts, archived all the digital book keeping records and filed everything away. Also took a while on the phone with British Gas to get our electricity account switched to them.
So this afternoon we went down to the beach for my ‘motion’ blip. After the storm over the weekend, there was lots of debris along the shore and I found half a dozen pieces of sea glass without looking very hard. Plenty of big pebbles and stones too washed up onto the slipway.
So my blip is the gentle motion of the waves underneath the pier.
This evening was the first ‘practical’ session of camera club. They went into detail about how to submit entries for competitions. And when I say detail…. let’s just say that part of the evening over-ran!
Anyway, they couldn’t get the big tv screen connected to the laptop, so we all ended up huddled around one table to see the pictures that were submitted for critique. And they ran out of time, so we only saw two out of about 20 images. See extra. (I have the image owners permission)
However I quite enjoyed the evening and that’s the main thing.
