Well I Never!

Now I’ve seen it all! A pug in a pram on board a #23 bus in the space designated for a wheel chair or buggy. The driver had words with the owner who was sitting cuddling another pug in a blanket on her knee. I presume he was telling her to leg it if the space was required for an actual human. It seems that nowadays for a growing number of people dogs have been elevated to the status of children.

I was on my way home from a refreshing dip at Porty with two other BlueTits. The sun was out and I swam along a sunbeam on the water while behind me a rainbow appeared when a shower passed over the Forth between me and the Fife coast.
It felt colder than it has been recently as I got dressed but one of the other ladies gave me a hot drink containing ginger and turmeric which  tasted lovely and warmed me up for the buses home. I have been loathe to carry a thermos flask just because of the extra weight  but I am going to start because a hot drink makes such a difference to how cold I feel.
