Room with a view

A lot calmer and sunnier here today. Photo Club stuff this morning - we have the first competition being judged tomorrow night - recorded rather than a judge visiting in person. As Competition Secretary I get to see all the results before anyone else - mine too, which isn't always fun!

This afternoon was a meeting of the u3a Creative Writing group. Last time it meant a couple of miles drive and a ferry crossing to Kerrera, but today it was in another member's house which was less than 10 minutes walk away. We took a packed lunch and sat round a table trying to be creative. I'll need to up my game - I thought the other offerings were far better than mine! They might live very close to us, but the view from their house - my Blip today - is a great deal better!

Came back after three and it was sunny enough to sit outside with a cuppa and a book for half an hour, though it was a touch breezy!
