Morpeth alley
We had to go to Morpeth for our Covid jabs which tied in well with haircut and Lidl shopping. We stopped off at Dobbies for compost for my bulb pots.
I’m stuck with my knitting as my wool hasn’t arrived from Jamiesons. I emailed and discovered the order hadn’t been done. They apologised and it’s in the post.
It took a bit of getting into but I’m enjoying Cuddy so much. There’s more to it than meets the eye I’ve discovered from researching as I go along. I’ll be interested to hear what the book group makes of it.
Mr C is still trying to sort out my phone for me. The new provider goes through Three and though it says we should have coverage here I’m not sure we do. He has put the new SIM in and it says it’s is activated but there’s no signal - nothing is going in or out. I don’t want to be wandering alone up on the moors with a phone I can’t use. I never used to bother but since Chris and I both broke ankles we are more wary, especially as we are in the upper 70s.
