Hebe-licious!

Our two biggest hebe shrubs are looking wonderful at the moment and here is a photo of one of them. They're much loved by bees too!

Piles of ironing done this morning as the sun wasn't shining and it was a bit cooler. Not a drop of rain last night - the forecasted storms seem to have passed us by, so everything still dry as dust! They're getting plenty of rain in London where all the press are standing around waiting for more news of the royal baby - no other news being reported at all on BBC, though Sky are reporting other things as well. The guard at Buckingham Palace played a really good version of "Congratulations" which was worth hearing, but the rest has mostly been waffle!

The sun is beginning to emerge here now and it's pretty humid. Any walks will be done this evening I think! Must go and get the lunch now...
