Spectacled Weaver (Ploceus ocularis)

Saw quite a lot of these on our travels around South Africa. The Male busy building nests like the one on the left, Seemingly when he has completed the nest he ivites the female to inspect it and if she is not happy with it, or him she will snip the stem it is suspended from dropping to the ground.
