Waiting

I had to stop in at a business on the side of the road on my way into town this morning. On my way out, I was behind this car, waiting for Rick the flagger to let us into the one-way traffic. The road repairs are moving along and are expected to be finished in November 2025 rather than June. I've been wanting to get a photo but this is the only chance I've had, taken through the windshield. 
I blipped Rick before when he was flagging for the road repairs close to our place.
We had rain overnight but sunshine today. I got some work done in the garden when I came home. Good to get fresh air and a bit of exercise. Still not going on my usual walks.
