This is Tidal Beacon, standing above ‘Rise Again’. It responds to tides and weather transforming itself with light, sound and motion.As tides change, light rises and shifts within the structure. 
In the extra is “Sail” by Eduardo Tresoldi, reminiscent of a ghost ship floating on the water.
