Went to the GP for an earlyish appointment - except I had the wrong time so was 20 minutes early ! GP decided I needed an urgent referral to the hospital snd I had a phone call an hour afterwards to book in , followed by an online letter with more details. The appointment is for a week on Monday - NHS at its best!
Popped up to the avenue for some cash for the window cleaner and some lemons, and went home to make lemon drizzle cake. Just had time to clear up the kitchen before walking down for my electrolysis and pedicure appointment. Got home and had some lunch and vacuumed the kitchen(cat hair gets everywhere!) before the meeting to discuss the foodbank stall at the Christmas lights switch on. N was a bit late, L very late as she had forgotten, A just didn’t turn up and H had to leave early. We did get a few things sorted out though. There wasn't much cake left- and I couldn’t get it in focus!
