The Art of Letter Writing…..

I was going to post another photo of one of the places we visited today, but decided to post this one of Stephen writing a letter sitting in the kitchen of our holiday bungalow. He has always written letters by hand, to certain people he knows.
I just caught him totally absorbed and loved the way the colours complemented each other.
We were out earlier at Porthleven. As I have no extras left, I’ll post the photo I took this morning of the harbour in tomorrow’s blip.
This afternoon we went to visit an artist who lives and works here on the Lizard, in Mullion.
We had actually seen her on the BBC TV programme “Songs of Praise” recently.
She runs local walks which include sitting to sketch in various places, as an aid to promoting well being.
I loved her work when I saw it on TV.
Her and her husband also run a very small Christian fellowship group in a tiny village not far from here on the Lizard, as well as their main occupations.
We came away with some of her calendars which we had already ordered on-line.
Once again it has been a lovely day after early rain moved off before breakfast.
Our last day here tomorrow.
But we will be back next June!
