So daughter has started trauma therpay now and if honest must be horrendous keep going back to 2 seperate events.. and then recalling in a different way.. with psychologist.. But she has to record her voice of events  and replay/listen v tough.. 
A little less tearful today bless her we are travelling each step with her...
