Soooo tired

Work no staff...
Wonderful wonderful ward manager has left.. Changes everything
After work food shop, then to launderette to use dryer.
Just not sure whether to buy a tumble dryer! or carry on once aweek theough winter trips to dry it.. another thing to do and do.not  like it!! 
Cost is about £3-4 a week sure a tumble dryer cost more??
Any ideas..
Sat now as you can see  feet up and and ended.
