The ash and the oak

These are the arboreal culprits which scatter leaves all over our lawn for weeks on end in autumn! The ash tree is now almost bare of leaves, but there are plenty more to be shed from the oak, and lots of acorns as well. Then we will have to watch the squirrels dig holes all over the lawn to bury the acorns … 

A full-on day today, but the book is almost put to bed. I have actually thoroughly enjoyed learning to use Vellum. The book looks brilliant, and hopefully T will be delighted with it. One or two tweaks left but it should all be done tomorrow. I’m so proud of her, she's written a wonderful, inspiring book to encourage fellow women entrepreneurs, and is also producing a workbook and a podcast to go with the book. 

Once it’s gone to the publisher’s I will need a day or two to re-charge my batteries before I return to Christmas card production.
