Water Gardens

The only photo I took on our walk this afternoon; part of the Water Gardens in Harts Grove showing some of the mock Abbey ruins left from the days of historic Harts House. 

On this day 50 years ago Smithers and I were celebrating the birth of our first child, a son (the first of three!). He’s currently having a great time in the Lake District with his lovely wife, back in their favourite place, where he proposed and where they were married a few months later.
