Needles and natter

Back into town again today to socialise.

I started the first of the items for the next ‘Help the Heroes’ donation box last Saturday when I went to Birmingham with R to collect her wedding dress. I like to pass the time with a safe activity when I’m a passenger in a vehicle, so the crochet hook and a ball of wool is simple and productive.

So by the end of this session I have a pig completed for the box.

There are home make cakes available at the session, which are delicious and vary every week, so I always say yes. Naughty but nice!
