Garlands of Marigolds

Here is one view of the many garlands of marigolds dangling from the trees around Sundance Square - the central square in downtown Fort Worth.
Marigolds have a connection to the Mexican Day of the Dead being celebrated here. It’s not actually officially commemorated until Nov 1 but I have been enjoying the festive look around the square.
I went for a walk around downtown with a new friend this morning and we had a fun time exploring the area, ending up at BG.
