On leaving Hanmer Springs "Frog Rock" appears which I think you can see how it got called that!

A long drive to Mount Cook over 500 kms and by the time we got there it torrential downpour so no pictures taken there and no sight of the mountains.

A fine day to start becoming overcast to heavy rain.
