Soulac-sur-Mer

It was rather damp and windy this morning when we went for a walk along the sea front at Soulac-sur-Mer. 
These fences are presumably to reduce the amount of sand that gets blown onto the road during the winter weather. Further along a lot of grass has been planted to stabilise the dunes and reduce the coastal erosion which is a problem around here. (Extra 1)
Walking back through the town, this flower shop (Extra 2) provided some colour on a rather dull day.
