We went to Southerness lighthouse in the morning and then Dumfries for a bit of shopping. A blustery period.

A quiet afternoon in; my wife finished a jigsaw. I researched a bit about the area and caught up on some other matters of interest.

We walked to Castle Point along the shore path before dinner. We’ve been before and knew it’d be sheltered except for the last part. A good plan. It got dark on the way back. And we watched the nice sunset develop.

The Spring tides brought a lovely calm clear evening and full moon. We were out a few times to look. The garden was really bright. We’d frost overnight.
