Company

A late morning walk with C and the Megs .... they were ready earlier, I slept in late.  It was needed.   A beautiful day nonetheless, as well as walking in the big field where the dogs can run free, we climbed up the hill a bit, to the bench where we sat and soaked it all in.  I enjoy walks on my own with Meg but it's really nice to have company, which is true of a lot of the best things in life I guess.  

Home for lunch which was followed by a snooze before a little time weeding grass seedlings out of the bulb pots ... :-/ ... I need to do more basic garden husbandry to stop this happening.  Then an extra shift at work, covering at Kings for someone whose little girl broke her arm at a party yesterday.  A fun shift as this evening's dinner birthday party was for someone I have known for years, so a few of the guests were old friends too.
