Willy Wonka and da Oompa Loompas

Showers this morning, cleared into a sunny afternoon, plunged into darkness this evening with the clocks going back.  Flat calm tonight, but rain.

The extra hour is bed was needed this morning, finally got up.  A morning puttering about the house.  Headed into Lerwick for shopping, and a walk with Sammy.  Nipped down the road to see Jonny.  A quiet evening at home, headed out walkies and popped by Madeline's.  Mam and dad were along too.  Walk home, now feet up. 

A great night out with friends last night, paid for it this morning.  Along with the good company, there was plenty of good music too.  The night started with supporting band, 8 Ball Jacuzzi.  Suddenly the Oompa Loompa song came on, out came Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas, walked through the crowd and up to the stage, it was the main band, Tennesse Wannabes.  They played until after 1am, the crowd dressed up for Halloween and loving life.  The Tennesse Wannabes aka Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas, in the Tingwall Hall, Tingwall.
