Rain?

All day... ALL DAY... the weather on the radio has been whittering on about rain confined to the Northern Isles.... has the definition of rain suddenly been changed to no water falling from the sky?

Well, OK, there was a light shower during the night. And whilst it's been muggy and overcast the sun hasn't been splitting the sky but you would think that somehow we were drowning in monsoon rain all day.


BTW - I could do with a little help in the tattie department.
