Brown tinge...
...perhaps more than a tinge. Autumn is well underway here close to Paris.
Bit of a jumbled weekend, no lessons of course, as we are in the school holidays. But my kids took advange of being able to see their friends. Emma went on a cinema outing on Friday night, to see a film over in Mennecy called Venom 3. Not my sort of thing, but she seemed to enjoy it.
Rémy was invited to a friends place, with a heap of other friends, over in a nearby village on Saturday evening. He spent the night there, then on Sunday he invited over 4 friends on Sunday evening for a raclette. They did that down in our basement with Emma, while us old 'uns, had soup and watched Collaterol on Netflix. There was a strong smell of burnt cheese wafting up the stairs from down there.
This morning Mme MB bunged some frozen pain au chocolat & croissants in the oven, then went to work. I took them out and once cooled took them downstairs. All of them down there were comatose.
One by one they left around midday, saying thank you for the breakfast. I think we just kept out of each others way - which is probably for the best.
I've had tummy trouble since yesterday, hoping it isn't a dose of norovirus. Still coughing. I blame these changing temperatures, it is a warm 17°C today.
Today I had a fiddle with some video editing. My latest video has sat in Cyberlink for about a month. It can be time consuming, but I've just not had the enthusiasm for it. Feel like I could have done more footage, but it is what it is. Will be less than 10 minutes long, although I need to film an outro to add to the rest I filmed back in August.
