Memory...

I still have boxes and folders of photos and paperwork from when Richard and I cleared out my parents' house... back in 2012.  I really need to sort them out, keep anything interesting and have a purge.
Among the boxes I found this 1931 calendar. Back in the family history is a jeweller and clock mender: the serious-looking chap in the calendar photo.  He was in the part of the family tree that included my paternal grandmother and other relatives on that side, who all lived in or close to Chatham. But beyond that, I know very little. And nowadays, of course, there's no one left to ask.
Today's Mono Monday challenge might just spur me on to deal with some of those dusty boxes :-)
