We had a visit from the chimney sweep first thing this morning. He's a really nice man, so it's a shame we only get to see him once a year :-)

There was the usual Monday aqua class/sauna session, but this won't be the usual thing any longer as I will be working on Mondays from next month. We will have to find another day to do it.

I walked home from Irongray Church. At Routin Brig, there were several new bunches of flowers left as memorials (I wish people would take the cellophane off before they go) and I was surprised to see this face gazing at me from the parapet. No idea who she is or who drew her but I quite like it.

I knitted for a bit outside to make the most of the afternoon light. It gets dark at 4.30 now. Had a nice phone call with Sarah and made the tea.

We are in the middle of watching the "Dollars Trilogy" so that will be tonight's entertainment.
