Who Forgot to Blip?

The day began excitedly with me descaling my coffee machine for the second time in two weeks.  Goodness me I know how to live!  Then the Waitrose delivery arrived !  Is there no end to this woman's celebrity lifestyle?  I hear you asking.

Angela and I set out purposefully to do a circuit of St Ives and gave up half way in favour of cuppas and toasted teacakes at the Ivy Cafe.

Back home it was time to measure up for new bedroom curtains (wow, red carpet stuff), upload some photos of Euan enjoying The Lego House with his Mum and Dad and have a confab with Parkrun Director C before heading out for a 5k hobble with Sue.  Tony meanwhile was in negotiations with a utilities company that will hopefully give us some feed in return from our panels to offset the standing charge.   I think it will all hinge on whether a new smart meter will work in our Victorian house with thick walls and a floor below the level of the road!

You can see from my title that this hugely exciting day meant that I emerged from my bath realising I hadn't taken a blip, so some playing was required.
