Another empty stage
This time the Playhouse, opened in 1929 as super cinema and now the UK's second largest theatre, after the Hammersmith Apollo. There to see 'The Book of Mormon' with #3 son and J, 3rd time for me. Still evoked memories of '70/'71. I wonder if J is still alive in Rosemary.
Earlier, chronic sleeplessness and some middle of the night messaging, a swim in a quiet pool, some kitchen tidying and then a work meeting and unfounded worries about the Manor's TV.
After the meeting I took the car up to Burdiehouse for its MOT and then did some personal catch up stuff before going back to get it.
It's really warm outside, balmy. Very sore journey to town and met up with #3 and H at Edinburgh Street Food. I had curry from Haldi, very good.
Then the site which was good, though I didn't remember much of it from my last visit, 6 years ago. I bought ice cream, £48 a kilo. I'm wondering if I should make a calendar with my series of empty stage blips, no!
Got a bus quits quickly and home before 11. Supposed to be a day off tomorrow.
