List completed

Of course after last night's lateness I had a long, luxurious lie in. 

Then a very productive day: an hour's work, and the rest of the morning in the garden. I cut back the rest of the ivy and planted a hanging basket, planted some bulbs I found in the shed and did interesting things with homemade compost. There was also some scarifying but only a little. I even sat in the sun listening to my book. 

Then to the Manor to check out a heater. C was there visiting Mum and he helped and will go back tomorrow to out the bracket back up. A star!  Next was the tyre place to get the would be puncture fixed. More book listening while I waited. 

Home I put past clothes and made and ate cauliflower cheese. More book listening till it was time to go to SCD. It had started early but we did all 6 dances. It was very hot, mainly because it's so mild. 

Been a good day.

The building work and the road closure that has been ongoing for 5 years is nearly finished. Hopefully the road will reopen soon..
