Day 23 of HeartFreeks Photo Challenge for July

I went down to my favourite bit of river today to get some duck/swan blips. It is a very quiet part and you dont usually see many people there - except today. After I had taken 3 or 4 photos a man and his daughter came along and decided to go for a paddle right next to me. That meant all the birds dispersed and I had nothing to shoot.Then a woman and her dog came and she threw a tennis ball right where the ducks were for the dog to swim and retrieve. The birds dispersed again.

At this point I decided that everyone else was having more fun on that particular stretch of water so I might as well give up! It was too hot anyway but at least I got my blip.
