The graduate

Allow me the indulgence of being 'proud mum' for the day!
This is Conventboy1 about to graduate with a degree in accountancy and finance (I am relying on him to see me OK in my old age LOL). It was a gorgeous day, if a little hot to be all dressed up in our finery. It was great to see all these young people proud of what they had achieved and excited for their future. The chancellor of the uni is Sandi Toksvig and I have to say she does a good motivational speech. Even I was ready to go out and conquer the world by the time she had finished!
It was a day I will always remember. Well done, son. I am so proud of you.
