Shadow...Man on Metal in Mostly Mono

I really wanted to put this picture into black & white and enter it in Mono Monday, but when my old computer bit the dust...so did my Adobe Photoshop. Now, I'm too cheap to buy it again, and I've failed miserably in my attempts to master the "free" Photoshop knockoffs.

I really appreciate seeing a man/woman on a ladder these days, because I am ALMOST at the point where I don't want to get on them any more.
