As Sunday mornings go, this one was pretty good: the clocks went back an hour overnight, which means a whole extra hour of weekend... that can’t be bad. The rains have cleared briefly, and it’s cold but sunny. In a flurry of productivity, I got up early and cooked a chilli for supper so I could let it simmer low and slow till the evening. After that, I spent a quiet day playing Guild Wars 2 and farming rifts. It has been nice to catch up on my YouTube watch list—especially the coverage of Starship’s successful fifth flight. It will be hard to forget the sight of Booster 12 descending from space, a falling skyscraper caught mid-air by the mighty metal chopsticks of Mechazilla. Vanessa returned from her weekend in Guildford, having had a great evening catching up with old school friends.
