Tricky

The day started bright. Andy walked Merlin while I did some indoor jobs. As the day progressed, murk descended and by mid afternoon a fine and steady rain was falling. While Andy made curry using the aubergines, I walked Merlin. We got a good soaking and felt ready for our dinner by the time we returned. Later we watched another episode of A House Through Time.

This is the jigsaw puzzle I referred to in my Blip a couple of days ago.

Grateful:
- To have time to listen to an audio book whilst the rain fell this afternoon.
- To the spinach at the allotment which is continuing to produce and which I picked to go in the curry.
- For a warming stew for dinner (we’re saving the curry for another day).
