Sunny Sunday

What a beautiful day. It felt like summer in the sunshine. On our morning walk we sat on a bench in the meadow to savour the warmth and bright light. Late this afternoon as the light faded the temperature fell quickly and by 6pm it was pitch black. It will take a little time to adjust to these darker evenings.
