Kale
Like last year, we seem to have a very successful kale harvest. It has the great advantage that it can be harvested over a long period of time, and so I pick a few leaves most days and add them to whatever we are eating. It's second advantage is that if I chop it finely it more or less disappears in a sauce or vegetable dish. Because frankly it's not delicious, but we are working our way through it for the nutritional value, and the satisfaction of having home-grown food.
