Back Blip - Day Out with Irene

A quick back blip for Sunday - went to the Coach and Horses for an impromptu catch up with one of my besties, Irene, who used to be my neighbour over ten years ago.

We went to see Tattie (Neil) play an acoustic set and then we spent a short time at a Ska event but left as Irene suffers from tinnitus and the music was too loud for her, a shame as she is a big music lover like myself.

I caught up with two of my friends, Paul and Fraser (some extras). Main Blip pic is of Fraser who I have Blipped about before, he is a wonderfully talented artist. I will pop his Instagram below for anyone interested in art. 

Lovely warm fireplace in the Coach, very cosy and most welcome as it was chilly on Sunday.

Home by about half ten, rain didn’t take time to come down! Glad I brought my rain mac! 

Felt absolutely exhausted Monday after an unusually busy weekend but it was worth it, some much needed fun and pushed through the fibromyalgia a little too much.

I am sorry I have been so behind with journals, I have a lot going on just now which I will write about later this week as finding it hard to find energy and time.
